What comes on a Charcuteray board?

All of our boxes, platters, and catered set ups come with cheese, charcuterie meat, fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, chocolates, crackers, and jam. While we don’t have a set menu, you can always request certain cheeses when ordering. Click here for a list of all of our cheeses! Just here for the cheese & meat? Our simplified boards include heavier portions of meat & cheese, with 1-2 fruits & crackers.

What is the difference between Classic, Inbetweener, and Premier?

Our Classic cheese & charcuterie boxes feature artfully paired, approachable flavors! Think crowd pleaser and everyday, but elevated flavors like cheddars, brie, manchego, and more. This is a great option if you aren't sure what your group will like or if you love the simple things! Premier boxes include artisanal, speciality/seasonal cheese & charcuterie meat. These flavors will be a bit more adventurous and all of the other elements are more elevated with an emphasis on local goods. Perfect for treating a friend (or yourself) and to expand your cheese palette! Our Inbetweener level is a mix of our Classic & Premier goodies - so you get the best of both worlds.

Does my box come with crackers?

Yes! All of our boxes and platters come with crackers. We portion about half an ounce of crackers per person, so if you think you will want additional crackers, be sure to add those to your order or pick them up from the tiny shop!

What if I have an allergy?

Here at Charcuteray we can accommodate to the following allergies: gluten, peanut, tree nut, & dairy! All allergy orders are prepped accordingly to avoid cross contamination. Please be sure to specify any and all allergies when placing your order!

Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?

Yes we do! All of our boards & platters can be made vegetarian or vegan. In addition to that, you can come shop vegan cheeses in our cheese case. Looking for a certain cheese? Let us know & we can look into sourcing that for you!

Do you sell ready to go boxes?

Yes! We have ready to go boxes that feed anywhere from 1-6 people. Our shop has boats, small boxes, medium boxes and taste of the week boxes regularly stocked. Our ready-to-go fridge is first come, first serve but we do our best to keep it stocked throughout the day should it sell-out! Give us a call or shoot us a text for an update on current stock.

How many days in advance do I need to place my order?

You can place an order online, in-store, or over the phone up to the day before you would like your order fulfilled! Please note that some days our orders close due to caterings, existing orders, etc. so we recommend getting your order placed as soon as possible to ensure a spot on our schedule. We always have ready-to-go options in our tiny shop for any last-minute needs. Occasionally we have same-day availability, give us a call and we will see what we can do for you!

Do you deliver?

Our tiny shop is located in Midtown Tulsa, and our standard delivery radius is 25 miles in the surrounding areas. The delivery fee is calculated based on miles, and will be totaled when placing your online order! Anything 25+ miles away will be a special request and will be subject to an additional fee. Our normal delivery window is 11:30-2:30, but we are happy to work with you if you need a delivery outside of this window. Just be sure to leave us an order note or give us a call!

Can I put my board in the fridge for tomorrow?

Sure! We say that all of our boxes & boards last about 48 hours in the fridge. We do NOT recommend freezing our boards.

Do you provide plates and utensils for caterings?

For our catered set-ups we provide tongs, spreaders, and napkins! We do not include plates.

Do you offer any drinks for caterings? What about bartending?

Yes! We offer a variety of wines, local beers, and canned cocktails. We also have pre-selected beverage packages like our Seasonal Wine Pairing or Mimosa Package - see our menu for more details. Charcuteray offers simple bartending (wine, beer, 1 mixer cocktails) that starts at $50/hr per bartender. Inquire for more information!

Do you require a deposit for caterings or large orders. If so, how much?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit on any order over $500! The deposit is due within a week of sending your invoice, with the rest of the balance due the day of your event. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 24 hours before your event. Cancellations given within 24 hours of your event will not be refunded.

Where else can I find Charcuteray?

In addition to our tiny shop, you can find Charcuteray at Valkyrie! Valkyrie is one of the coolest cocktail bars in downtown Tulsa! You can get our Valkyrie x Charcuteray box which pairs perfectly with their seasonal menu.

What can I find in your tiny shop?

At our tiny shop we have a full-service cheese case where you can get individually wrapped cheeses or cheese by the ounce/pound. We have everything else you need to make a charcuterie board like meats, crackers, nuts, local jams & honey, & more! Something very important to us is being able to support other small businesses, so a lot of what we carry is made here in Oklahoma! We are a one-stop shop for gifting & snacking!!! We offer a variety of different gift baskets + gift cards to make gifting easy.

What are your hours?

Our tiny shop hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-6pm & Sunday 10am-3pm. The tiny shop is always closed on Monday’s, but we are available to do events!

Do you offer workshops?

Yes! We teach monthly charcuterie + floral workshops with local flower shop, Anthousai. Stay tuned to our email list and social media for details on those. Occasionally we host a workshop in our very own tiny kitchen! Get a peak behind the scenes & shop after hours. In addition to our public workshops, you can also host a private board party for your group! It's perfect for bachelorette parties, team building, birthday parties... the list goes on!

Do you offer wine & cheese tastings?

Of course! We host public tastings at our tiny shop at least once a month as part of our Thursday Tastings series. You will enjoy 5 interesting wines and 9 cheese & charcuterie pairings plus other accoutrements all artfully paired by us, your local wine & cheese experts! Snacks are provided and you can enjoy a 10% discount on anything in our shop so you can take home your favorite pairings! We also offer private tastings for your next girls night or birthday celebration.
